re-cut all cassette clip audio with the validated v2 recipe (clip-science): contiguous-occurrence location + guarded boundaries + span-based cue exclusion; every deployed cut ASR-verified (Soniox gate + 6-rung ladder, Gemini adjudication) — 96.9% of 16,413 unique clips audio-verified exact, 15,794 clips replaced, unverified clips keep their shipped audio (511-clip repair queue in reactor-module-tools/module-convert/clip-recut-results/)

fix clip-overwrite class bug: 10 lessons re-sliced with unique per-item clips (same filename had been reused for different time ranges — each cut overwrote the last, playing wrong audio); 27 master activities rebuilt from fixed sources (snap-back had collapsed differing texts into repeats of item 1). Added a firm guide rule: drop a cassette activity ONLY to dissolve a
bare word-list or remove a true duplicate; keep every other. This cut
over-dropping sharply (book-4-lesson-3: 83 -> 6 dropped clips, all the
sanctioned word-list; book-1-lesson-2: 49 -> 22). Generated the Book-1
review ST images so book-1-lesson-5 can ship. All 10 masters now live.

masters: regenerate (Opus 4.8) — fixed module titles + L4-5 review

Batch pass with the updated guide. Pushing the lessons that came out
clean at 100% cassette coverage: book-1-lesson-4, book-4-lesson-1/2/4,
and the new book-4-lesson-5 (ST-only review). All now use the correct
"Book N · Lesson N: <title>" module-title form.
Held for review (over-dropped cassette content this run, flagged by the
coverage check): book-1-lesson-1/2/3 and book-4-lesson-3. book-1-lesson-5
(review) is blocked on 29 ungenerated ST images.

Word-list intros now dissolved into sentence panels (3-1 leads with
sentences; 3A noun/verb word-drills dropped per the sanctioned
exception). 6 parts. NOTE: 3D Fig 5 "Classroom Rules" (20 clips) was
dropped by the model — flagged by the coverage check, left for review.

book-4 L3 & L4: dissolve word-list intros into sentences

Regenerated with the firmed guide rule: a topic's vocab is now
introduced via TTS sentences (VOCAB + sentence per word), with the
cassette word-drill kept after as pronunciation reinforcement — no
cold word-list opener survives. 100% cassette coverage retained;
auto-declared dialogue speakers given proper voices.

book-4 L3 & L4: lead topics with sentences, not word lists

Regenerated with a stronger guide rule: never open a part with a
bare-word drill — lead with a sentence-based presentation, cassette
word-drills follow as reinforcement. Also fixed a heard-stimulus
defect (duplicate PROMPT instead of PROMPT+RESPONSE) in the dictation
and demonstrative cloze. Both 100% cassette coverage.
